Absolutely, in addition, investigative reporters and others with whatever motives, move right into these types of groups. The larger the groups, the more they are infiltrated or internally monitored for intelligence.

A group of people who don't like the government and who probably have a higher rate of gun ownership than any other political group?
You bet the Tea Party groups are monitored.
