When, and under what circumstances, do you think he would “un-suspend” his campaign?

If he suspends his GOP campaign, and then announce he's running as an independent candidate.

I guess he could take himself out of the running for the GOP nomination, but otherwise behave during the primary season as an "early" independent candidate.
