Why do you say 98% of blacks “live on the Democrat plantation” and are in need of emancipation?
Their voting behavior is perfectly rational. There’s no reason for it to change and I doubt that it ever will.
We probably will never be able to rescue all of them, but maybe some. That is what frightens the DemocRATs the most about a Cain candidacy; they need their blacks to stay put. The Cain political assassination is mainly engineered as an example to other like-minded blacks. That's why they are doing it now rather than waiting until later on.
