Can they get those horse through the door at Walmart next time NOPD feels the urge to get free shoes again?

The NOPD’s pride in their horses runs deep. It takes a good amount of training for both the horse and the officer to act effectively together. The NOPD has the best crowd control police force in this U.S. and a lot of it rides on their mounted horse police.
