You need to look closer into this story. There is some reason to refer to this in stark terms if you have all the facts. It is heartbreaking what happened to this Hero.
I know exactly what the story is.
I just get tired of people misusing language to evoke a desired emotional response. Most people fall for it unfortunately.
What happened was a property crime, an abuse of an animal, and despicable.
It was not murder because a dog is not human, yet murder is the word that was used. Its use is clearly an effort to manipulate emotions and therefore comes dangerously close to being propaganda (PETA style).
I must say that I, too, was taken aback by the use of the word “murder” in the title. It’s not the proper word to use. They KILLED that dog in cold blood. I hope these two bastards rot in prison.
