That happens to me all of the fracking time. I wonder what kind of fracking fluid it was though. The other day I spilt fracking Coke on my pants at the drive through. Frack.

Funny thing is that the punishment would be exactly the same if he had dumped milk or vegetable oil.

The enviros will blame the industry when this is the fault of an individual. Knowing that this can occur, the industry should have procedures to track those materials. It shouldn't be necessary when the problem is this loser dumping inappropriately, but the enviros are likely to set up more dumping incidents, whether this was real or staged, and the industry needs the procedures for self-protection.

He is charged with "scattering rubbish." He is locked up in Bradford County on $100,000 bail.
Wow. We don't fool around in PA with scattering rubbish. $100K bail ain't chump change. I am guessing that this nitwit was in a rush to get to the bar. Why else would you do something so outrageously stupid.

Read an interesting article the other day in a technical magazine. Long story short is that shallow fracking fluid is so safe, most places use it as a briny solution for treating road surfaces in the winter time. Pennsylvania is now studying the possibility.
Fracking fluid from deeper down, however, we're not so sure about.

This isn’t the first time this happened in my area. Probably won’t be the last.

Sack it up dirt and all and let the crew prove it is harmless, they can each have a bowl for lunch and dinner, no problem. Freeze dry it and use it for coffee, save money.

I'm in favor of fracking if it is done safely and right.
However, I'm sad to say this country has become infected with greed, stupidity, laziness and irresponsibility. Stuff your own face at everyone’s expense.
I wouldn't trust anyone to do this kind of work near water supplies these days. The so called inspectors and regulators are far more corrupt than the roughnecks.

We don’t know the whole story. We do need to know if this company has been dumping elsewhere. I LIVE here. As I have said many, many times before....I want them to drill but I want the drilling companies to be HONEST and having witnessed some of this...I am not sure they are! I live in a beautiful, very mountainous and rural area. These trucks could pull in areas and dump and no one would know it at all!
