“But how do you explain away Newt in 2011”
I excuse NOTHING that he has done in recent years and will not forget them. I am not saying vote for the man, I am saying if this gets down to a two man race between Newt and Romney?
It’s a no-brainer you vote for Newt.
Even though he’s not a conservative at all we should protect him and hope he is the nominee. That makes sense.
If all people care about is beating Obama we should nominate some random homeless person and be done with it.

Newt is even worse. He supports individual mandate in federal level. This is core conservative position.
Anyway, both are unacceptable.
