Republicans and Conservatives have higher moral standards. Or, at least, they *ought to*.

True, but it's getting to the point where it's, "Nevermind that s---, here comes Mongo!" Having morals is nice and all, but sometimes there are bigger fish to fry.

I consider not only a candidate’s ideology but also his judgment and his character. Especially when there’s no track record of governing to give an indication of how he’d perform.

No matter how Cain may toe the conservative line with his rhetoric, I find his judgment and his character lacking.

I also don’t find his proposals all that appealing. 999 is hogwash, IMHO. His stand on the border is confusing, and his foreign policy understanding is naive at best. He has not been as clear as I would like in his statements of how he would cut spending and rein in Washington either.

When I roll it all up, I can’t find any good reason to support him.
