I’m still on the Cain Train. Giving money to another woman without telling your wife is really stupid, but Cain is still capable of being a great president. I am giving Cain the benefit of the doubt over the left wing media until they produce a stained blue dress. The disparity between how the media treats Cain and how they treated Bill Clinton and B. Obama is incredible, and shows their worthlessness as a source of unbiased perspective.
It worries me much more, however, that in the debates he still goes for the broad strokes rather than having personal opinions on any given major topic of the day. As a conservative talk show host, he should have heard varying positions on all these issues and formed his own viewpoints about them beyond "I will define the problem then get the right people working on them." It was particularly embarrassing in the Cain/Gingrich debate when he would ponder, then tell Newt to go first. That Libya question in another interview was more of the same. For someone in his position, he needs to have a specific starting viewpoint on all these topics. At this point, he is Nancy Pelosi saying, "we have to pass the bill to see what is in it." Not acceptable.
