“All poor kids are lazy criminals??”
Thats not what Newt said. He said that in a lot of inner city Ghettos there are no jobs to be had, most people are out of work and live on welfare so kids have no way to experience working and making money legally as opposed to selling dope. He wants to establish work zones in these poor areas so kids can get a partime job just like in the burbs and experience the normalcy of working a regular job. Its a great idea.
Federal Government needs to get out of the school business not create more new government programs. Government jobs programs are the last thing we need in this country.
