Not accepting on faith what you claim, but it brings an interesting thought to the table. If it were true, Cain would be the likely GOP target because he’s Black. 1) They’re taking down their own Black and don’t want another viable one from the opposition; 2) They don’t want a Black GOP candidate to go against their new White candidate who replaced their failed Black. Intriguing thought, but I’ll take it with salt...

Rahm wants Cain and Perry out. He has a likely plant around Cain feeding Herb the Perry trips. Rahm gets a twofer and takes out both of them. Could it be any more clear who they want as our nominee?

The Democrats don't want their black component split. Blacks are 40% of active, practicing Democrats. In terms of party management, that takes place in cities for the most part and there blacks overwhelming all other special interest contenders.

With Obama vs. Cain, Democrats lose the more conservative blacks, and quite possibly those outside the large cities. Cain says that's 30%.

With "unknown white person" vs. Cain, Democrats probably lose all the blacks ~ just for revenge.

In neither case can the Democrats withstand a Cain candidacy.

The Democrats cannot run their "great white hope" unless they get rid of Cain.
