Actually I claimed, more or less, that he was smearing Ron Paul with half-truths and innuendos.

Beck has not been proven right. A half-truth is a lie.

So, after a hundred posts we are left with:
RP sets earmarks to have better control over the budget,
RP sets aside a significant number of earmarks compared to others in Congress,
RP votes against the budgets that he gets his earmarks from,
and RP claims superiority in fiscal issues by waving his refusal to sign onto the budget he makes sure he will benefit from.
I missed that part in the constitution that advocated Congressional earmarking.
So, how did you put it?
