I might just pick up on your suggestion because I find that even here amongst fellow freepers there is a lot of misinformation and a lot they don’t consider or see/understand about the nuances of Iranian people and society and politics which is crucial to cracking that nut.
On the whole, even after all these years of mullahcracy and it’s non-stop anti-USA anti-west propaganda, as well as the public’s full understanding and knowledge of carter/brzezinki’s machinations in 1979 which left Iran in the state that it is today, the vast majority of Iranians even to this day are western oriented, pro USA, anti-islamist, secular-minded, and they seek freedom and democracy western style. They don’t hate USA. That’s a leftist media fabrication to advance their anti-Shah, pro-Mossadegh, anti-1953-CIA-plot, narrative. They use that narrative to shield carter/brzezinski from their eternally worst and eternally more wicked machination against Iran in 1979.
