Eleven state legislators have been hit with subpoenas in a federal lawsuit involving four controversial provisions of Florida's new election law.

I believe this language means that the lawsuit has been filed in federal court. It does not mean that the Federal Government is a party to the lawsuit.

Anybody can sue anyone over anything.

"Anybody can sue anyone over anything."

Our Lawyers in this country, and their accomplice Judges, have screwed things up so badly that if this were 1942, we could have had German spies infiltrate this country, and Sue the U.S. Government for "Human Rights Violations" in WWII.

Are you that naive, or are you just trying to sow confusion?
