A lot of perverts play along with the "mocking" to lighten the atmosphere around their crimes. Perverts are among the “mockers.” People truly against pedos don't find any humor in the child sexual abuse life style.

The United States Supreme Court - in its collective wisdom - just struck that possibility down not too long ago. Rape of child under age 10 or twelve (I have forgotten exactly which) was a capital crime until recently. The USSCT struck it down as unconstitutional a year or two ago.
