I live in VA and voted for Bob McDonnell both as Governor and Lieutenant Governor; as he was the best candidate available; however, he is definitely more of a “big government” type conservative ...he's already pushing “Mass Transit/High Speed Rail” and reverting I-95 to a toll road once again. If you had said Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli; that’d be a different story ...but, someone would have to move out of VA as all three of these individuals are VA residents, at present.
Now, assuming Newt wins the nomimation (which I am not conceding at this point); Gov of SC (Nikki Haley) or LA (Bobby Jindahl) as VEEP would make more sense to me.
