I didn’t vote in the first one, tried too, but it said I already voted.
Then I went to this new one and it said the same thing, so not only did I not get to vote in either, but it thinks I did.
Hmmm. Can you try deleting your cookies and see if it lets you vote?
It let me vote after the new polls were started.
