Two things.

I don't really hate him because if he repented tomorrow I'd welcome him like a long lost brother.
Second, it's the voters who put him in office that I blame and I surely don't hate them; after all, deluded though they may be, they are Americans.

Yeah, I tend to think you’re expressing this the right way.

Hate as a term gets tossed around too often and the meaning isn’t always as precise as what we’re meaning to say.

I would say as he currently is, I pretty much hate everything about Obama, what he stands for, and what he’s doing and not doing. But if he sincerely repented and changed his ways, I would be happy for him and the country. I don’t expect it to happen in a million years, but if it was real, I’d be happy for him, and happy for all of us.

You can maybe be more accurate saying it in a different way.

I stand against everything Barack Obama believes and does.

I stand opposed to everything he is doing and believes.

I will fight against every evil thing Obama does and is doing to the country and all of us.

Obama is an evil person and is doing detestable, wicked things in the sight of the Lord, and is unrepentant about it. He takes pleasure in it.
