Is Obama Building A Bunker Under The White House Lawn?
I'd be very surprised if Obama or any other president has the authority to order major construction at the White House. If it's a security project it was probably authorized by Congress after a recommendation by the military or the Secret Service.

Naw, It’s a government work program. Next week the government workers will fill it in, then the following week they start the construction all over again. At the end of the day, it will only cost us tax payers (the 53%) $1 trillion.
