It’s going to have to be a hell of a proof. If they’ve had a friendship for years, same way I’ve had friendships, pictures of you at a restaurant aren’t going to cut it. There will have to be love letters, maybe intimate photos, things of that nature. If she doesn’t have the goods, they better sue and find out who is paying her.
