OK, Happy Rain, time has passed some, but Russert was as biased as they come; often more as biased as Gregory is today. Don't forget the body language that Russert had. When a democrat he liked was on, he opened up, sitting back in the chair, arms spread wide, big grin on his smilin' face; very friendly and pleasant... Now, put a Republican on, especially an effective Republican, then Russert would hunch over, paper firmly clenched in both hands, eyebrows keenly knitted in a scowl, and he asked his gotcha questions through a locked jaw of clenched teeth...
His biased wasn't only heard--you could see it unfold before you!
Well, I’ve been at church all morning... But only 62 posts! Where is Rodguy911? He’s good for at least 50 posts on Sunday!
Also, the site is very flakey right now. Will this even post?
Russert was better because he went against his liberal masters many times and tried to at least appear fair.
Gregory suffers no such weakness.
Of course Russert started out as a partisan hack staffer for a congressman, so that passed for non-partisan qualifications at NBC.
