Apparently you have serious comprehension problems since I posted actual actions a governor can do. Most governors have to sign laws passed by legislatures.

Rick Perry can order the security measures he has done on his own. He can join in lawsuits but he can't make law. Neither can Brewer or the governor of Alabama.
