Boots on the ground people are going to enjoy subsidizing illegals with Perry. Sheriff Joe should have gone with a better candidate in my opinion. I guess for me it would be Rick Santorum, Herman Cain or Michele Bachmann. They want to close the borders. Perry doesn’t. He is actively against a fence. The main thing for me is that Perry is against the fence. But it is even worse that he wanted to give breaks to illeglas that everyone legal doesn’t get.
Maybe Joe understands the border situation a little more than you, him being in the business and all.
Also, Texas does NOT give breaks to illegals that everyone legal doesn’t get. Anyone who have residence in Texas for a year qualifies for in-state rates. Illegals have to be residents for THREE years with other caveats that legals don’t have to meet.
