2011 4cyl. Accord tops out at 127 ,, governed to less than 130 so Honda can fit cheaper H rated tires...

2012 Camry V6 tops out at 128 , governed ... it runs a 1/4 mile in 14.1 at 101 ... that’s smoking hot ,,faster than most 1960’s big block musclecars that couldn’t find traction with F-70-14’s and a fistful of positrac , very few of them could break into the 13’s without slicks...

2011 Sonata 2.0L turbo , 14.5 @ 100 top speed 148 (drag limited) ...

The the big limiter is the cam and lifters, a hydraulic cam floats the lifters at 5500 to 6500 rpm, to get high horse power and high speed rpm you need a well balanced hand built motor and a solid lifter cam. Then you can find out if it will stay together when you hit 8,000 +++ rpm.
