This is pretty common. I’ve done work at some big companies that hire “skilled labor” like machinists, welders, and so forth.

I’ve seen activity like that in the vid. Management tries to cope but they are reluctant to fire people that get the job done. In one case the person involved could NOT handle the chemical intake and was let go, but the Banbury Roller operator could, and as long as he turned out sellable product, he was let alone.

And then there is the restaurant issue- lots of weed involved there.

DOD should send into the plant, one platoon of Marine Infantry and one of Army Airborn (all Desert Storm vets) and then have someone lock all the doors (from the outside), keeping everyone locked in. After an hour, let in a team of morticians and EMT's.
