Rick Perry continues to struggle to win endorsements from Texas lawmakers

It’s been a long, hard road for Rick Perry the last few months, what with his unforgettable “oops” moment, that strange speech in New Hampshire, the birtherism interlude, the Mormon “cult” distraction and — well, you get the idea.
But with the constant struggles on the campaign trail, Perry has been able to count on a solid phalanx of support from Texas Republicans.
Wait? He hasn’t? Uh, oh.
By the latest count, Perry has won endorsements from only eight of his home state’s 23 Republican House members and neither of the state’s two senators.

Back in Texas.....conservative Aggies don't agree with RINO Rick's pro-ILLEGAL alien record......... They all "thought" he was conservative (AND competent)....until he took to the campaign trail.
Perry's 2012 campaign rhetoric and his record as governor didnt match, for starters. Added to that were Perry's infamous debate flubs and his "one-note samba" favoring illegals.
Perry constantly reinvents himself---to suit the occasion. He's had more reincarnations than Bela Lugosi. Look for yet a-n-o-t-h-e-r Perry should this guy ever (gag) get into our WH.

Being as how he wants to cut their salaries in half along with their legislative power, it is kind of understandable that they may not want him.
I'm surprised that any congressman is endorsing Perry.
