One, 9-year-old Jacob Hamilton, held a sign that read, What is in your bag thats more important than my education? Sales tax to pay for your education, perhaps? Or would you just like my wallet instead?

San Francisco, eh? I guess they didn’t dare stand in the way of the charge of the 300-pound women in Lower Slobbovia.
To: Enosh
I doubt the protests had any real effect. If sales are down its because the emperor is an idiot and his economy sucks.

They arrested a bunch of OWS protesters in the Oklahoma City area. The video showed them in the store yelling and shouting, and the customers just ignored them. Until the cops came in and pulled them out.

Michele Waldinger, 57, a retired attorney who used to work for the U.S. Small Business Administration, said she joined the group to lend her voice to the Occupy effort to restore a social safety net and get corporate influence out of American politics. Restore the social safety net? These people are beyond delusional. The social safety net has grown so big its turned into a nationwide, cradle-to-grave hammock.

In San Francisco, a few dozen people in tony and touristy Union Square used signs to spread an anti-consumerism message. One, 9-year-old Jacob Hamilton, held a sign that read, What is in your bag thats more important than my education? Your parents are hippies, sweetie, I consider you a lost cause. Run along now.

This boy’s dad is full of it. I assume the dad gave his boy that sign.
It’s not an either/or choice between shopping and paying for that boy’s education.
Unfortunately for that boy and his screenwriter dad, the business climate in California has badly eroded in recent years, which means fewer businesses making less in profits, which means fewer employees paying less in the taxes which support our educational system.
If they think somehow discouraging shopping helps the Occupy cause, and liberal causes such as education, healthcare, and camping out in cities, these guys are sadly misinformed.................

These characters aren’ really protesters, though, are they; they’re thugs masquerading as protesters.
To: Enosh
>>Celia Collins of New Orleans said she worked hard to earn her MBA and pay off her student loans. She had every right to enjoy Black Friday, she said, and the protesters would be better off working within the system to find jobs and support the economy.

, 9-year-old Jacob Hamilton, held a sign that read, What is in your bag thats more important than my education?Just frequent your local library. It's much cheaper, and take your dumb ass parents with you.
To: Jagdgewehr
Kid should ask his own parents what's in their bag.

My Democrat relatives have not saved a dime for college and their kid is in HS. They expect Obama to pay for it.
