WAR is “due process of law”. It always was and always will be.
Used to be declared as such. Now we have WOT that allows for considerable mission creep.
Circumventing the supreme law of the land, secret panels and our dear leader are deciding whether citizens are patriots or terrorists and then deciding and applying the penalty.
So here we have Congress considering allowing indefinite detention of those deemed a threat by those in power.
