I think that Jeffrey Goldberg’s intent in quoting the “anti-muslim hate crimes” memo from the far-left SPLC (pronounced “splick”) is to highlight the ridiculousness of the SPLC report in light of the far greater number of hate crimes against Jews during the same period.
Goldberg is operating behind enemy lines IMO.
