It appears that Newsmax may be guilty of some sloppy reporting. The GOP primary numbers appear to be identical to an earlier poll taken almost a month ago. Newsmax appears to have conflated 3 separate polls without clearly identifying them as such.

The National Romney vs. Obama poll appears to have the correct date in the article. Via RCP:
