It’s not about serving the district....They are keeping her name in the news for a reason. I think she will run (and probably win) the Senate seat up for grabs in 2012 purely on emotional voters.
you don’t live in AZ, no dem has any shot at winning any state wide office after the way the fed.gov has treated our state over the last 4 years. they may win their gerrymandered districts, but that’s about it.

I know her district well, and she does not stand a shot in Hell of winning the Senate seat. As for running for Congress again, if she can stand up and say a few words without drooling the Democrats will run her. It is common knowledge that her staff will do anything to keep her in Washington. Who wants to give up that payday? She barely kept her seat last time, and everyone in southern Arizona is waiting to see how the districts will be rejiggered before placing their bets.
