As long as he doesn’t discriminate in his not hiring they can’t do Jack. Now if he suddenly hires a bunch of “Colorless Americans” he might be investigated.
I think he is courageous to actually say it too. But remember when Obama was so mad about businesses not hiring? He must have heard some rumbles about that they won’t be hiring until Obama changes policy or leaves office.
