To remain in this country illegally for twenty five years, you would almost certainly have to commit the following:
Purjury-any government document that requires a signature to affirm true and correct statements. From housing to employment, from government benefits to medical treatment.
Fraud-receiving state, federal, county, municipal assistance of any kind based on false statements or forged documents.
Forgery-government documents, falsifying signatures, utilizing legal residents to obtain documents.
Embezzalment-manipulating data contained within documents in an attempt to receive payments from organizations whether public or private.
These are state and or federal felonies. This does not even come close to accounting for the numerous class A,B,C misdemeanors committed year after year to remain in this country.
Sorry, if you are here illegally, regardless of time-frame, family, church, job, you should be held to account.
Otherwise, the rule of law means absolutely zilch!
It is a hallmark of your hate fest that you want to characterize eveything in the extreme. No one running for the Republican nomination has stated an extreme position such as complete amnesty for citizenship by absolution. Yet you and your little mob want to characterize things that way, as if Gingrich or Cain has called for the extreme you speciously present. This appeal to emotional reaction rather than reasoned discussion to sort out the actual positions of the candidates is sad to witness at Freerepublic this season. If real discussion happened, we could look at the notions currently offered from the candidate field and combine the good points to fashion a reasonable and efficient wya to deal with the immigrant invasion. Instead, we have a frenzy of hate speech designed by Romney and DNC operatives to characterize conservatives and freepers as irrational. How very alinskyesque that.
