Even Laura Ingraham assigns motives and consequences that Newt is NOT promoting.
Arm waiving isn’t going solve anything.
A solution must be workable and not encourage continuing floods of illegals.
That is the case with Newt’s plan.
Part of Newt’s plan is for the states to stop their programs that allow ‘free loading’. He believes in states rights...if you live in a state that encourages illegals by paying to send their children to school, provides a certain amount of welfare, food stamps etc. then the problem is really yours.....isn’t it. As the man said, ‘the devil is in the details.......

Why would I pay attention to anything Laura Ingraham has to say? Vehemently claims to be a pro-life Catholic woman, yet she often turns over her show and gives a very large forum to Tammy Bruce, a pro abortion, unrepentant lesbian. I go elsewhere now.
