You know, when you make statements like this, it really is hard to take you serious. After all of the Gaffs that Perry has made, for you to say this about Newt is really silly.
He admitted he forgot the question for cripes sake!
He recovered well.
Newt was confused about three things:
1) About the rules;
2) About what particular topic they were debating;
3) Um....it was.....sorry I can’t rememer the third one. Oooops.
