I do believe Ahmadinejad is mad, and that he will use them. I also believe he will use a clandestine delivery system and not a conventional one.

Except that Perry was talking about the current Syrian problems and not Iran. Trying to impose a no-fly zone on Syria to help the protestors is only going to get us into yet another war and I still find it stunning that Perry would even suggest that.
