We have a situation where illegal Mexicans go to the front of the line here. And the only way to stop that is to start enforcing all immigration laws first and begin improving border security with double fencing, more personnel and whatever electronic equipment would be of use.
We had our amnesty to clear up the problems and start with a clean slate in 1986. We see what's happened since.
