the emails appeared to have been stolen two years ago and held back until now "to cause maximum disruption" to the imminent U.N. climate talks next week in Durban, South Africa.

The fact they have no clue who did it and the hacker hasn't claimed fame most likely means a well funded intelligence agency is behind this. Russia sells a lot of fossil fuels so they are high on the list. The sand simians aren't sophisticated enough.
