Does anyone realize house prices can’t always go up and maybe younger workers need cheaper starter homes?

Now don’t be thinking creatively like that. Everyone knows that the only solution to all government problems is to raise more revenue. :) I, for one, would like to see these so called distressed homes. Are they actually run down or is this just another, blighted area, eminent domain land grab.

No. We've been informed for decades, while moving manufacturing overseas, that all people without mortgages/ownership are liberals on drugs. Never mind that nearly all who have mortgages and concerns about their "property values" are revenue-sucking, bipartisan, commie constituents.
We'll go with that. Enjoy TEOTWAWKI and a better world with more independent nations and smaller governments in the future. It appears that they would like to see terminations and abolitions of all pensions with their efforts. So be it.
