I usually ask these bell ringers if they are hungry (someone only comes around with food for them occasionally) and I will by them lunch or a dinner sandwich

I stand behind the bell ringer, and when you deliver the food, I distract them and steal it.
I wait for you to do this. It's the only way I can eat.
