Not to be suspicious, but I am, this has been sitting on the burner since 2009, when they first started watching this guy. Suddenly, when the talks in Congress are breaking down as to budget cuts with the Super Committee, they bust this guy yesterday, so that the headline is today, the day the Super Committee appears to have failed in their efforts. Bloomberg said the Feds were involved with the decision as to the timing of this arrest. Funny that. Now, I hate to be a conspiracy theorist, but, could this be called changing the subject?
Mom will shortly be on TV telling us what a wonderful son he is and how he wouldn’t harm a flea.
Actually IMO you are so very correct in thinking about this as diversionary. I too thought similar, but wasn’t going to post until I saw a post I thought I’d have some fun with.
I too believe this is another of the diversionary actions the Left uses constantly to keep us all confused as to their course.
A whole pipe bomb, huh? This is a headfake to take the public’s attention away from the Stupor Committee’s failure to cut spending. When libs like Bloomberg start holding terrorist press conferences, check to see what the other hand is doing, or not doing. Bloomburger is doing the bidding for his pal Obama. Something’s up. I don’t trust these people one iota.

But, I have been there, gotten all worked up before, and now am used to it, and a bit jaded.
What will they do when the charade of sirens don’t alarm us “sheeple” any longer, and we don’t bolt the way they expect us to do?
Have they considered that we might just tune them out for all these false alarms, and not pay much attention when there really is a serious situation?
Not sure I want to find out, but the entire episode seems pretty lame to me, and not worthy of a big news conference, announced an hour or so ahead of time.
That, in itself, told me it wasn’t worth a bucket of warm spit. Sorry, Bloomberg, not all that impressed with your ability to catch the local loony.

This is Bloomberg’s lame attempt to elevate himself after the beating he has taken by caving to the OWS (bowel) movement protestors for so long.
What a stroke of luck for Bloomberg. Just when his poll numbers were tanking over his handling of Infest Wall Street.
