Six shot, one dead, in overnight violence

At least six people were wounded -- one fatally -- in four shootings across the city early this morning.

A 20-year-old man died after he was shot in the back and chest in the 1500 block of West 71st Street in Englewood about 2:10 a.m. today, police said.

Gun free zones will get you killed.

If gun control really worked, “gun free zones” such as schools would be bastions of safety. Instead, the opposite is true.

If guns do not deter crime, why aren’t there any mass shootings at gun ranges or at gun shows?
