If a donor chooses to give more -- and the website offers that option -- he or she can sign over a check for as much as $30,800. That contribution goes to the Democratic National Committee. ...............These type of contributions can only come from those hated 1% and corporate jet owners.

Does the list contain and equal number of blacks, whites, Hispanics, and Asians? If not, it’s a politically incorrect, racially exclusive event, that fails to represent the “America” Obama professes to be “for.”

Obama is playing King Ahashverosh. He’s having a little beauty contest to pick his new Esther, I mean Reggie.

Today most people can get a dozen sports channels. NBA basketball is missing? Who cares?
Bunch of oversized overpaid mental pygmies.

The only thing more interesting than than the NBA (even when they chose to work) is the WNBA. If it weren’t for all those Sport Radio and TV Reporters trying to make something out of nothing, no one would know the NBA is not functioning.

I wouldn’t watch an NBA game if it were being played live in my llving room. Just wondering though. Are any of the players listed in the article “people of lack of color?”

I’d rather go to the zoo.

I thought the players were not to have any contact during the strike? I read somewhere that they need to get special permission from their teams to attend weddings, funerals, etc together?
If so - then this event clearly has the support of each of the owners of these teams and as a result, should be boycotted.
For myself, I lost interest in the NBA years ago but passively follow the Knicks progress in the papers, of which I will now allocate that time to spend more time here!

Best sport in America. Too bad these players have gone pro-Obama. Too bad the NBA is not up to the quality of 20 years ago. But the good thing is that having no NBA just means more college basketball!
The only problem with college hoops is that the season is too short. An 11 month season who suit me fine1

Are any of the players listed in the article people of lack of color? Not a single one. :)
