Well if we had up to 20 million illegal Austrians in this country and he was assuring the Austrians that he'll work for immigration reform to allow the illegal Austrians to remain in the country, I'd have a problem with his use of the Austrian language in this context as well.

Illegal Mexicans...Spanish...amnesty....Spanish...policy speech in Mexico...illegals....Spanish...
