Western countries,especially in Europe, are humanist, socialist and primarily anti-Catholic; since when do those governments or their leaders ever listen to the Pope?
How many millions of killed does it require to make a affect on you? You’re either not serious or seriously stupid. The Inquisition killed so many it’s not funny. Hard to take you seriously. Not surprising. But it’s your religion. It must be good.
The Europeans won’t starve to death, they will simply no longer exist due to lack of reproduction of themselves, thanks to a loss of faith (Christian protestant if you prefer) and the lies of socialism, or cradle to grave security. As for how many millions killed, which Inquisition are you referring to? I’ve read so many accounts that the numbers go from a few thousand (must be those lying Catholics and their ilk) to so many millions I’m surprised Europe survived (probably those numbers generated by your ilk). As for not being taken seriously, i’m not worried about that if dealing with a person like you, as for stupid, the ad hominem attack is juvenile, but not surprising. When you can’t argue legitimately or don’t have enough facts to back your statements, the personal attacks suffice, in your own mind. As for my religion, my family has Catholic and Protestant members in it’s family tree, and we get along fine. As for my religion, and whether pursuing facts and truth is good, yes, I would agree with any religion that focuses on that as a main goal. As for killing in the name of religion, there’s plenty of blame for that atrocity, Catholic or otherwise. But if you’re really good at history, the atheists are the best killers, as of the last century anyway. Be more fearful of them then any candle burning, idol worshipping Catholic.
