Excellent post. Obama has to swear he is eligible to hold the office of POTUS, yet the application accepted was submitted by Biden.
Because BO was hiding behind VP Biden's (Constitutionally-eligible) skirts.
Just because VP Biden is Constitutionally eligible to hold his office (he was born in Scranton, PA of American citizen parents) that doesn't make BO eligible by some sort of legal osmosis.
