When has Paul done that, he is not a conservative he is a libertarian.That's just wierd.
All this time I was under the impression that conservativism was the opposite of liberalism (progressivism).

Not sure why you think he is a conservative. Libertarianism is more closely aligned to liberalism than conservatism.
