Just heard a guy on the radio about the nationwide concealed carry thing. He said, basically, that since you don’t have to get a drivers license in every state to drive across country because your license for one state makes you good to go in others, the same should be true for concealed carry.
I just moved to Kentucky. I have to be a resident for six months before I can get a cc permit. I’m basically defenseless for six months.
OC is pre-emption legal in the commonwealth of ky...on the person or in a vehichle, which includes the glove box...
If you are really concerned about it, just go ahead and carry. The operative word being concealed. I won't tell if you don't. Remember, 'tis better to be judged by twelve then carried by six.
I assume that your former state of residence does not have reciprocity with Kentucky.
