I don't see her as being sympathetic towards any of the potential candidates. I think she's being -- all at once -- very cold-eyed and strategically calculating, and including as many allies as possible without alienating anyone. All hands on deck are needed. This is a very serious fight and she knows that.
One will arise as the leader, she will endorse that person, and then she will fight to rally the rest of the troops behind that candidate.
