Cain and Newt are classic statists, who think fed power is the answer and solution to everything.
Perry is just the opposite.
Perry has to deal with the same stuff these folks do, but after watching him for a decade I think this guy gets it.
Sure he pushed TTC. I hated it ,everyone hated it.
He dropped it. We complained and he said OK.
With hindsight I see his point. Now we have a worse situation than the TTC and Texas isn’t getting any money.
But the main point is Perry seems very aware of cutting edge law, and is not a tyrant.
